What is Google Calendar?
Google Calendar is a time-management and scheduling calendar service developed by Google. Released in 2009, it is available both on the web and as mobile apps for the Android and iOS platforms.
Google Calendar allows users to create and edit events, reminders, and appointments. These events are stored online and retrievable from any internet-connected device. Users can add event details such as location, participants, and attachments. It also allows for events to be made public or shared within specific groups, offering various degrees of privacy and sharing settings.
Google Calendar is integrated with Gmail and allows for robust configurations for notifications, sharing, recurring events, and personalization and customization.
Dart Google Calendar integration setup
You can set up Google calendar so that tasks with dates appear on your calendar. To use the Google Calendar integration first enable the Zapier integration in settings. Then create a new Zap and set the event trigger to task update, and specifically for when a due date (or some other date property) is updated. Then set the event action to create a calendar event in Google Calendar. You will need to connect your Google calendar to Zapier in order to complete this setup process.
