Jira and Dart overview
Dart integrates with Jira to bring in your issues under a simpler and cleaner interface. Take your Jira tickets into Dart to access improved features and reduce friction and headache.
What is Jira?
Jira, developed by Atlassian, is a project management tool mainly used in software development. It provides detailed issue and project tracking features and allows teams to manage their development workflows comprehensively. Jira supports Scrum, Kanban, and mixed methodologies, and offers features for sprint planning, reports, and roadmaps. It integrates with other development tools and has the capability to organize tasks into a wide hierarchical range.
Dart Jira importer setup
To use the Dart Jira importer go to the Import page in settings and choose Jira as the source. Then follow the instructions:
- Log in to Jira
- Find or make a filter that contains all of the tasks you want to import to Dart
- Open the filter page
- Click 'Export' in the top right, then select 'Export Excel CSV (all fields)'
- Upload the CSV file into the designated area

You can upgrade to access additional AI features and other improvements by simply going to Settings and then navigating to Plans and billing. Then just click upgrade to take full advantage of Dart’s capabilities.
